Kaizen Painters' Story
In 1991, I had the opportunity to study Total Quality Management (TQM) at a Toyota plant in Tokyo, which became an experience that left a lasting impression. One Japanese concept that stood out is Kaizen, which means the practice of making small, daily improvements that lead to long-term success. While the Japanese engineers saw it as second nature, we Americans were taking notes, realizing its powerful simplicity.
That concept of continuous improvement stuck with me. So when I launched my own company in 2006, the name was obvious: Kaizen Associates, Inc. Later, in 2021, we rebranded as Kaizen Painters, carrying forward the same mindset and refining our craft every day to deliver lasting quality.

Working with Dave, Cindy, Guillermo and his painting team was flawless. Dave helped me choose up to date colors for our whole house painting. Cindy worked with us to coordinate all of the work by the Painting Team. Guillermo who was the Paint Team Leader, kept me apprised of how the painting was going. He also called me to ask questions (re: removing old drapes etc.) which proved to be very helpful to enhance the sale of our home. I have given Kaizen Painter's contact information to my family as well as to my neighbors so they can enjoy the same professional service that I received from the Kaizen Team!
Gee, Freddie and Lou did a fabulous job and we would highly recommend them to anyone. They were respectful and personable and we look forward for their return in the Spring for the exterior work.
Great experience! Dave was thorough with what to expect and made a perfect suggestion of color for our accent wall. Jorge and his team were timely, friendly, and did excellent work patching and painting a large room with high ceilings, entryway and hallways. Cindy kept everything organized with her calls and emails along the way.

Great job by Kaizen Painters. Had four rooms, stairway and second level hallway repaired and painted in two days, including baseboards. Looks terrific! They were quick but the job was very neat!
