The ownership transition officially took effect on June 18, 2026.

Hannah has spent the past five years growing Agency 102, a marketing agency serving businesses throughout the region, while Brian brings more than a decade of experience in sales and relationship management. Together, they bring expertise in business growth, customer service, and operations, while remaining committed to preserving the quality, reliability, and personal attention that have defined Kaizen Painters for two decades. The Mizelles live in Baltimore County and plan to continue investing in local partnerships, community organizations, and neighborhood improvement efforts.
